Approval of a framework cooperation program between the Ministry of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency of the Republic of India (Invest in India) to promote bilateral investments.
Seventh:
It authorizes His Royal Highness the Chairman of the Administrative Board of the Nuclear and Radiation Regulatory Authority – or his representative – to discuss and sign with the Bahraini side a draft memorandum of understanding in the field of nuclear safety and radiation protection between the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Supreme Council for the Environment in the Kingdom of Bahrain. .
Eighth:
Authorizing His Excellency the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Intellectual Property Authority – or his representative – to sign a draft memorandum of understanding between the Saudi Intellectual Property Authority and the World Intellectual Property Organization regarding the establishment of a trust fund for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the WIPO.
Ninth:
Approval of an agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in the field of air transport services.
Tenth:
Authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Information, the Chief Executive Officer of the General Authority for Media Regulation – or his representative – to discuss with the Jordanian side and sign a draft memorandum of understanding between the General Authority for Media Regulation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Jordanian Media Authority in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the areas of image, audio and print media. .

Approval of a Memorandum of Understanding between the General Department of Financial Investigations of the Presidency of State Security in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Financial Investigations Department of the Greek Anti-Money Laundering Authority on cooperation in exchanging financial investigations related to money laundering and terrorism financing.

Consent to change the domestic pilgrimage service system as set out in the decision.
