The Spanish stock market, like the rest of the European markets, will remain closed until next Wednesday, December 27th, because this Monday, the 25th, is closed for Christmas Day, and on Tuesday, the 26th, because Christmas is St. Stephen’s Day.
According to the calendar drawn up by the Spanish Stock Exchanges and Markets (BME) for 2023, the Spanish stock market has increased five holidays this year.
They were already untrained April 7, Good Friday; Monday, April 10, Easter Monday; and May 1, Labor Day.
The last two holidays of 2023 will be this Monday, December 25th, Christmas Day, and Tuesday, December 26th, St. Stephen’s Day.
For 2024BME, the operator of the variable income, fixed income and derivatives markets in Spain, has designated another holiday, six in totalsaid the Efe agency.
