The court found Ivleyev guilty of “disturbing order.”
According to the court’s ruling, the violations were committed by guests who arrived naked, “violated the dignity of others,” and spread “propaganda about non-traditional sexual relationships” and uttered obscenities.
It was previously reported that Ivleeva publicly apologized for choosing to hold the extravagant event in Moscow.
The controversial event took place at the Mutabor nightclub and the price per ticket was around $11,000.
Guests included pop stars and models as well as TV personality and Putin critic Ksenia Sobchak.
Propagandists and other pro-government activists said the lavish event was ill-timed as Russia is at war in Ukraine and the death toll in Russia is estimated at more than 300,000.
“Such parties are a slap in the face for the entire politics of the country. Partygoers live in a different world than the rest of the country’s population,” said Russian official Yekaterina Mizulina.
Critics called for an audit of Ivleeva’s business opportunities because of the party she hosted and forced her to pay hefty fines.
Critics also claimed that this party violated state laws.
Russia’s federal censorship apparatus, Roskomnadzor, found “signs of LGBT propaganda” at the event and blocked all photos and videos taken of the event online.
Guests were also punished for their participation in the event, such as rapper Vacio (Nikolajs Vasilijevs), who was sentenced to 15 days in prison for attending the provocative party.
