Several governments have left us very poor inheritances, especially the last 3, which force us to make urgent changes. They are challenges and challenges that the new administrators of the State have to point out and face with fortitude. and even sacrifice, all for a better future. There is too much resistance and too many risks, because political pettiness and inevitable economic interests that cause so much damage continue to surface.
By the way, in addition to acting with good intentions, The new rulers must scrutinize, discover, locate and interpret the transformations that must be carried out, applying two types of leadership, the transactional, what it means to relate well with collaborators and transformational setting precise objectives, for the short time of governance.
President and new officials, do not forget that you will find a situational map of the personnel of each ministry or secretariat. There will be those who: they know and want to do, with significant knowledge and previous experiences, with an unbreakable will; others, who they don’t know and they want to do, which have a fragility to adhere in order to find tranquility that is even parasitic; some who they don’t know and they don’t want to do, a larger group that, due to their not so clear income, demonstrate negative slogans and little or no interest; and the what they know and don’t they want to doactive in other times, difficult to integrate for various reasons. Treating all groups is essential, the leader’s timely intervention must be well thought out.
The appointments of key collaborators are already appearing. We cannot judge them in advance, but We have the right and freedom to express our opinion and even issuing criteria around the profiles or characteristics that they must possess.
Let’s hope we are not late, our aim is to somehow guide from the plain state and with some experience, with criteria on what administrators should be and have.

The new president enters with many problems, he must solve them, but not with apprentices but with people knowledgeable about national educational history.
If he has not yet thought or done so, the president must analyze, within the transition stage and with the data provided, the best profiles, the most suitable to implement serious and honest management, the one we so desire and expect.
