Last week, Dubai Land Department’s real estate transactions amounted to more than 14.2 billion dirhams.
In the weekly transaction report issued by the department yesterday, 4,123 sales worth 8.79 billion dirhams were recorded, including 312 land sales worth 2.95 billion dirhams and 2,696 sales of apartments and villas worth 5.84 billion Dirham. The mortgages were worth 4.6 billion dirhams, including 87 mortgages for land worth 808.88 million dirhams and 833 mortgages for villas and apartments worth 3.79 billion dirhams, with the most important mortgage having a value of 963 .79 million dirhams in the first trade center area and another in the first Al Barsha area with a value of 462 million dirhams. As for donations, 195 donations were registered worth 850.43 million dirhams, with the largest of them in the first Nad Al Sheba area worth 136.86 million dirhams and another in the Port Said area worth 95 million dirhams took place.
The main land sales were 210.1 million dirhams in the Al Barsha South Al Thani area, followed by a sale worth 103.74 million dirhams in the “Saih Shuaib 2” area and a sale worth 100 million dirhams in the Saih Al Dahl area .
The Hind City 4 area topped the regions in terms of the number of sales with 133 sales worth 338.03 million dirhams, followed by the fifth Al-Habiyah area with 49 sales worth 168.94 million dirham and a third in “ Al-Hebiya 4” with 20 sales worth 500.12 million dirhams.
The most important sale of apartments and villas was a sale worth 177.13 million dirhams in the first area of Nad Al Sheba, followed by two sales in the Palm Jumeirah area, the first worth 78.63 million dirhams and the second in the Value of 44 million dirhams.
Al Barsha South Fourth topped the regions in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales with 467 sales worth 472.36 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Maritime City region with 260 sales worth 503.98 million dirhams and third in the Business Bay region. There were 234 sales recorded worth 700.51 million dirhams.
