The occupants of the Miraflores Palace can only put on a show to try to divert the attention of the citizens.
And they are carrying them out in all areas and in all possible magnitudes; from large shows to platforms in the middle of the street, all with the desire to make people forget the crisis and overshadow realities such as the primaries and the leadership of María Corina Machado.
The first big show they are putting on is the so-called Consultative Referendum on the Essequibo, since national sovereignty “is not consulted, it is exercised” as María Corina Machado rightly said.
What happened on December 3 is a new pantomime by the regime to divert public attention, ignore the devastating effect of the primaries and try to create a scheme to cloud the advance of the democratic forces.
Other shows that are being put on in the country are the “prison takeovers”; For weeks now, the government has been carrying out a plan to attack the prisons with the supposed intention of cleaning and reorganizing them.
However, we have seen that the pranes were already warned and took their precautions; That is to say, everything has been a spectacle to move public opinion and try to generate pots of smoke that distract people from the true reality that exists in the country.
And together with Essequibo and the prisons, the local and regional governments controlled by the PSUV started with the theme of “Christmas.”
We see how they are unleashed and spending thousands of dollars on giant trees, lights, outdoor parties, a whole strategy of “bread and circuses” with the aim of making people forget about the poor state of public services, the scandals of corruption and do not ask again about the whereabouts of Tareck El Aissami.
Platforms here, lights there; artists and full cornets with bagpipes that is what we are observing throughout Venezuela; a crazy and amazing situation, since those who govern do not have money to solve the problem of water or electricity, but they do have money to put on street shows.
Those in power have spent years creating political and circus shows with the purpose of not facing the truth; However, that reality began to explode in his face.
It is undeniable that millions of Venezuelans voted in the primaries and that millions more will come out to support María Corina Machado in the presidential elections; That is a fact that they cannot hide.
They will try anything to cloud the path of democratic factors and María Corina Machado and we will overcome whatever they put in front of us to free Venezuela from the socialist yoke.
Without further ado, we’ll see you next week.
