The funds in which the Lithuanian fund invests manage more than 7.9 billion euros. Real estate worth US dollars in the US and Western Europe, INVL Asset Management reported on Thursday.
“We are the only fund in the Baltic States that gives local investors the exclusive opportunity to invest in one of the funds that manage the most real estate in the world and are managed by managers with the most experience in this sector,” said Paulius Žurauskas , head of INVL Asset Management, in a statement.
The distribution of the shares of the INVL Partner Global Real Estate Fund I to informed investors has begun via the INVL Family Office; the minimum investment amount is 145,000. US dollars and euros, the average annual return is 10 percent.
The funds of the company “Brookfield Asset Management” direct the capital raised from investors into commercial and residential properties that meet the requirements of the “Core Plus” investment strategy of major cities in the USA and Europe.
Brookfield Asset Management, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), together with its subsidiaries, had more than $850 billion in assets under management as of early 2024. According to P. Žurauskas, “INVL Partner Global Real Estate Fund I” intends to invest in other US investment funds with similar strategies.
