The refinement of pianist Rafal Blechacz in the service of Chopin
Almost two decades since his victory at the Chopin Competition in Warsaw, in 2005, propelled Rafal Blechacz into the spotlight. A mixture of rigor, concentration and perfectionism that commands respect. Especially since in the meantime, the Polish pianist has taken a sabbatical year to complete a doctoral thesis on the philosophy of music. But Chopin never stopped occupying his mind, as evidenced by this recital which will notably allow us to confront the worlds so different from the Sonates nos 2 et 3. “The opportunity also to admire a playing of absolute clarity, as well as the subtle palette of colors and the science of balance of a pianist who is as discreet off stage as he is eloquent in front of his keyboard,” specifies the press release, praising at the same time the astonishing science of refinement of the musician, associated with a true poetics of sound. The popular animal in Romania that gives the milk from which the most expensive cheese in the world is made – 1,000 euros/kg
#popular #animal #Romania #milk #expensive #cheese #world #euroskg
Wednesday is the international day of donkeys, animals close to man for thousands of years. Cute animals are becoming more and more present in our farms – we have over 23 thousand. The reason?
Donkey milk is a sought-after product both in the pharmaceutical industry and for everyday consumption. A kilogram of donkey cheese is sold for 1000 euros. At mealtime on a farm in Orăștie, Hunedoara, the donkeys, lined up, enjoy the generous portion of fodder.
The owner of the farm started the business in 2016, with 8 copies, and at the moment he has…500.
The costs are not small, but after a few years they pay for themselves, given the ever-increasing demand for donkey milk. The cheese from this milk is considered the most expensive in the world. Călin Lozneanu, donkey farm owner: “We have international authorization and we want to sell outside the country as well. A donkey gives between 100 and 300 milliliters of milk. We made cheese. For one kilogram of cheese, 50 liters of milk are used, it costs over 1000 euros.” Ileana Berci has a farm with 200 donkeys and donkeys, divided into the counties of Satu Mare and Cluj. Now he sells milk for 120 lei per liter and is also going to build a factory to produce powdered milk. Ileana Berci, farmer: “It’s a process that involves freezing and vacuuming. The total investment is somewhere around 55 thousand euros. From what I’ve seen internationally, 100 grams are sold for 40 euros, that’s about the price on the market.” In Cluj County, they set out to create a farm where the cute animals can be visited by families. Claudiu Cubleșan Ethnologist: “Looking at history, if we somehow took the donkey from its beginnings, it was somehow at the base of civilization as we know it today, being a source of motor energy for humans, we can say that it helped to build civilization, also due to the fact that he helped man in all his work”. In recent years, the number of donkeys has increased in our farms. Doctors claim that donkey milk contains 4 types of natural antibiotics, which are found in the same formula and quantity only in mother’s milk.
