The end of the year is entering the final countdown. Would you like to spend a wonderful day with the most important people and welcome the New Year 2024 together? “Shine New Taipei Circle 1314” New Year’s Eve event, the venue includes the Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf party main stage and the parent-child stage, the Bali Left Bank Park Fun Stage and the illuminated Freshwater Dinosaur Starlight Party at Customs Pier are on March 31st. Open from 3:00 p.m. until evening. The evening also features Taiwan’s only fireworks show across the river, lasting 13 minutes and 14 seconds. More than 20,000 brilliant fireworks displays are combined with a heartwarming market, themed installation art and wonderful vocal performances by several exclusive groups of artists. You can complete the entire itinerary at once. On the last day of this year, everyone is welcome to visit Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf.
The main stage of the party invites a strong host group, film, music and television artists Huang Tiehui, Zeng Ziyu, Liang Shuhan and Lin Hengjun as co-stars. Several groups of exclusive artists from New Taipei City such as Taiwan’s golden song king Xu Fukai will give cross-border performances with the music class of New Taipei High School; Not seen for a long time Wen Lan, who performs publicly, will dance with local dancers and bring exciting songs and dances to Fisherman’s Wharf; Zhao Yonghua and Zheng Yi will bring lyrical and warm nostalgic hits, bringing together popular boy groups U: NUS, BTOD, Ma Nianxian, Lin Junyi and Bench Band. The super cast will keep you singing all night long.

The parent-child stage includes YOYO Family, Circus Door and the Cutest Dolls OPEN! There will also be a heartwarming market at the side of the venue, offering local New Taipei-branded delicacies, queuing food trucks, handmade souvenirs and healthy vegetarian feasts. Bali Left Bank Park will host wonderful performances by OPEN Family, Children’s Interactive Hip Hop Class and Bei Dulan Cultural Art Troupe, and the footage of the party’s main stage will be broadcast simultaneously for everyone to have fun together: the light-reflecting freshwater dinosaur The Starlight Party takes place at the customs pier. The king of golden songs Leo Wang, Flande Band, Control T and Mint Crystal invite you to host a music and rock festival.
The climax of the fireworks over the river will be set off on the Tamkang Bridge at 8:24 p.m. This year the fireworks continue to last 13 minutes and 14 seconds with the beautiful meaning of “for life” in the previous two years. The total number of fireworks exceeds that of the last two years. The theme is based on the design concept of “Big River” and “Big Bridge” and combines the “Big Dragon” elements. Additionally, New Taipei features exclusive custom-made fireworks displaying the shapes of Red Lanterns by Tamsui Aji and Jiufen. There are also beams of light combined with fireworks to give the public the first chance. It is planned that Tamkang Bridge will bid farewell to 2023 and welcome 2024 under the brilliant fireworks display. On this day, people can visit the existing cultural monuments and tourist attractions on both sides of Tamsui and Bali and enjoy the fireworks display in the evening. It’s a full day of fun in New Taipei.
