How does the competition work?
Every day on the M6, two bakeries compete against each other in four competitions in the show “La Meilleure Barrière de France”. 8 couples will be selected in each region. Two of them compete against each other every day of the week. The remaining pairs will be determined in the regional finals. Region by region, bakers are rated on the quality of their bread, pastries and pastries. The regional final winners will be announced on Friday, January 26, 2024. The national final will take place in May 2024.
