In a move that defies expectations for a couple gearing up for a high‑profile wedding, Travis Kelce secured a lakefront property in Bratenahl, Ohio, for $5.35 million. The home sits on the shore east of downtown Cleveland, a suburb noted for upscale waterfront estates, according to news5cleveland.com, and was purchased just months before the couple’s recently scheduled ceremony at Madison Square Garden.
The deal was logged ahead of the NFL season opener, a timing point highlighted by Us Weekly, while Bleacher Report and TMZ underscored the rarity of a celebrity couple acquiring a $5.3 million lakefront mansion in Ohio. Kare11 and WKYC reported that Swift is named as a co‑owner, confirming joint ownership.
Local TV stations WKYC and KARE11 emphasized the property’s significant lakefront view and its proximity to downtown Cleveland, reinforcing its prominence in regional news cycles. The home is now officially owned by both parties as a private residence in Bratenahl.
