Football is and remains a contact sport and sometimes it is very tough. Charles De Ketelaere also experienced this in the game against AS Roma. Our compatriot wanted to run after a deep ball, but Gianluca Mancini thought otherwise.
The Italian defender, also a former Atalanta player and not averse to harder work, ensured De Ketelaere couldn’t move in any direction. In the truest sense of the word, because the Red Devil was pushed to the ground in a kind of headlock. Strangely, the referee didn’t consider it a mistake (or thought that De Ketelaere had made the first mistake) and allowed the game to continue.

The only two goals of the game ultimately came in the first half: Teun Koopmeiners (Atalanta) and Paulo Dybala (AS Roma) ensured the final score was 1-1 on the scoreboard. In the end, José Mourinho received a second yellow card (and therefore a red card) after being angry when the referee made a decision against Roma. De Ketelaere was substituted at half-time, Lukaku played the entire game.
