US to Provide Ukraine with Additional Patriot Missiles for Air Defence

However, the local court ruled that “artificial insemination or embryo implantation after the death of Mr. Won without the consent of the bereaved family violates public order and cannot receive legal protection.”
In addition, during the case, Mr. Ling can prove that the frozen egg was fertilized by Mr. Won and that he has permission to use Mr.’s sperm. Won to have a child. Accordingly, the court dismissed Mr Ling’s lawsuit.
