The voter lists are suspended today
The Supreme Electoral Board (YSK) has determined the implementation principles for updating voter lists in the local elections on March 31.
Accordingly, the voter lists will be put up at the offices of the Mukhtar at 8:00 am today. It also begins the period in which voters can question their information and objections.
Updates to voter lists can be made until January 17th.
Those who are students and want to vote in the settlements where they study, as well as those whose identity or address information is incorrect or missing in the principal’s district, can update their information.
APPLICATION TO POPULATION DIRECTORATE
Those who are eligible to vote but whose name is not on the lists can also apply.
These persons must present the invoice or rental agreement for all services.
Voters who want to have their addresses transferred to other districts can apply within the suspension period by submitting their electric, water, telephone and natural gas bills.
