Egyptian television, radio, and some private channels broadcast Friday prayer rituals from Al-Nasr Mosque in Al-Arish, North Sinai Governorate.
Dr. Mohamed Mukhtar Gomaa, Minister of Endowments, assigned Dr. Hisham Abdel Aziz, Head of the Religious Sector, to deliver a sermon on Friday, April 26, 2024 AD, entitled: “Applications of Good Manners,” from Al-Nasr Mosque in Al-Arish in North Sinai.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi spoke about the “established Egyptian constants” that Egypt is keen to work on regarding the position on the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, which has exceeded 200 days.
President Sisi said in his speech on the occasion of the celebration of the 42nd anniversary of the liberation of Sinai, on Thursday, that “the developments that the region has witnessed during the past months, the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, and the clear Egyptian position from the first moment, completely rejecting any displacement of Palestinians from their lands to Sinai or To any other place, in order to preserve the Palestinian cause from liquidation and to protect Egypt’s national security, as well as our firm position of insistence and intensive work on a ceasefire and the implementation of humanitarian aid, and advancing efforts to establish an independent, sovereign Palestinian state so that the Palestinians obtain their legitimate rights. All of these constitute the firm constants that ensure “Egypt to work within its framework with the highest goal of establishing peace, security, stability and development in the region for the benefit of all its peoples.”
