Police Lieutenant Colonel Phadung said it was initially believed that the deceased had gone to play in the water while under the influence of alcohol, causing him to drown. The bodies of the deceased were taken to the Institute of Forensic Medicine, Police Hospital to further ascertain the cause of death.
