A 19-year-old medical student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong was suspected of being secretly photographed up her skirt on campus. Police arrived at the scene and arrested a 46-year-old man named Xie, who was reportedly a well-known surgeon and was discussing homework with the victim at the time of the incident.
The case occurred at the Lee Cheuk Man Basic Medical Building of the Chinese University of China. The police received a report last Saturday (27th) at 6 p.m. that a 19-year-old woman was suspected of having her skirt secretly photographed. Police arrived at the scene and arrested a 46-year-old man named Xie on suspicion of voyeurism. They first found a video on his cell phone that captured the victim’s skirt.
According to sources, the victim was a medical student while the arrested man was a doctor and visiting lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The two were discussing their homework when the incident occurred. The doctor sat on the right side of the female victim. He later secretly filmed the incident on his cell phone. A 21-year-old classmate nearby witnessed the incident and immediately reported the incident and called police for help.

It is understood that the male doctor specializes in surgery and is one of the mentors of the CUHK Jingwen College mentoring program.
