KRL, MRT, LRT and TransJ operating hours on New Year’s Eve 2024

A number of public transport services in Jakarta will continue to operate on New Year’s Eve 2024. These are four public transport options, namely KRL Commuter Line, MRT, LRT and TransJakarta.

DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) has announced the operating hours of public transportation on New Year’s Eve 2024. Full information can be found below.

As reported by the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) Instagram account, the KRL Commuter Line is one of the public transportation services operating on New Year’s Eve 2024. Below you will find the timetable.

• December 31, 2023 – January 1, 2024 at 2 a.m. WIB

2. MRI operating hours on New Year’s Eve 2024

In addition to the KRL, the MRT Jakarta will also operate on New Year’s Eve 2024. The MRT schedule for New Year 2024 is:

• December 31, 2023 from 05:00 a.m. WIB to January 1, 2024 at 02:00 a.m. WIB with a uniform cycle time of 10 minutes, with the exception of the cycle time from 00:00 a.m. to 01:00 a.m. of 5 minutes.

3. Jakarta LRT operating hours on New Year’s Eve 2024

Based on information from DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, the Jakarta LRT will operate until the early hours of the morning on New Year’s Eve 2024. Below are the Jakarta LRT operating hours on New Year’s Eve 2024.

• December 31, 2023 from 05:00 WIB to January 1, 2024 at 02:00 WIB with a uniform delay of 10 minutes.

4. Departure time of Jabodebek LRT on New Year’s Eve 2024

Dukuh Atas Station – Harjamukti Station
– First departure: December 31, 2023 at 06:05 WIB
– Last departure: January 1, 2024 at 12:50 a.m. WIB

Harjamukti Railway Station – Dukuh Atas Railway Station
– First departure: December 31, 2023 at 5:10 a.m. WIB
– Last departure: December 31, 2023 at 11:55 p.m. WIB

5. TransJakarta operating hours on New Year’s Eve 2024

DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency also announced TransJakarta’s operating hours on New Year’s Eve. TransJakarta service operating hours in the new year 2024 are:

• December 31, 2023 – January 1, 2024 at 2 a.m. WIB.
