Tel Aviv: Israel’s military intelligence chief Maj. Gen. Aharon HaLiva resigned on Monday, taking responsibility for his unit’s failures during Hamas’ October 7 surprise attack on the Jewish state. By following up on the incidents of stolen and wanted cars, the department’s investigation members were able to recover a Samsung public utility vehicle reported stolen in the Abu Salim district.
