Experts already speculated in December that the weather could be related to the outages, but this now seems to be clear. The alleged jammer, its source comes out from the Russian region, because Swedish military intelligence is now also investigating. Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallasová also accused Russia of a system failure in January. In an interview with The Times, she mentioned that the Russian military was responsible for jamming the signal, although she did not believe it was a deliberate tactic.
