New survey from MetroPOLL: Even if the DEM party nominates a candidate, Ekrem İmamoğlu is ahead
Among the options in the survey, “CHP candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu”, “AKP and MHP candidate Murat Kurum”, “DEM party candidate” and “İYİ party candidate” were displayed.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality President Ekrem İmamoğlu ranked first in the survey with 41.6 points. Murat Kurum, the People’s Alliance’s Istanbul candidate, came second behind İmamoğlu with 38 points.
While the score of those who answered “DEM Party candidate” was 5.6, the score of those who said they would vote for the İYİ Party candidate remained at 2.9.
Those who said “I have no idea/no answer” received 11.9 points.
İMAMOĞLU AHEAD
The poll found that IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu came first even when the DEM party nominated a candidate.
AFTER CHP, MOST SUPPORT COMES FROM THE IYI PARTY
Voter responses to the MetroPOLL survey were also shared.
Accordingly, it was shown that Ekrem İmamoğlu received the greatest support from İYİ Party voters after the CHP.
The score of CHP supporters who said: “I will vote for Ekrem İmamoğlu” was 84.3, while the score of İYİ Party supporters was 63.8. 34.8% of DEM party members, 5.9% of MHP supporters and 9.1% of AKP supporters answered: “I would vote for Ekrem İmamoğlu.”
For “other parties” this rate was 47.2 percent.
