Only the 46-year-old Serbian specialist, who has been working in the club as an assistant to head coach Steve Kerr since 2021, suffered a heart attack on Tuesday evening in Salt Lake City, where the “Warriors” had to play a game against the “Warriors” Utah “Jazz ” on Wednesday.

During his playing career, the former striker represented Belgrade “Beovuk 72”, FMP and “Partizan”, the Montenegrin team “Budočnost” and the Spanish club “Valencia”. Milojevičs became Most Valuable Player or MVP of the Adriatic League three times, was the tournament’s top scorer twice and won the European Championship in 2001 with the national team of Serbia and Montenegro.
Milojevičs began his coaching career in the ranks of “Mega Basket” Belgrade in 2012, then led “Budočnost” for a short season, but moved to the NBA in 2021.
