Media Advisor to the Presidency of the House of Representatives, Fathi Al-Marimi, stated, “A number of candidates to head the new government submitted their candidacy files to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Counselor Aguila Saleh, according to the conditions previously agreed upon between the House of Representatives and the state.”

According to what was reported by the “Libya Press” website, among the most prominent candidates for the presidency of the government are “Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir, Faisal Qarqab, Fadil Al-Amin, Muhammad Al-Mazoghi, and Abdel-Hakim Baayou.”

Al-Arabiya Al-Hadath Channel quoted unnamed private sources as saying that “House of Representatives Speaker Aguila Saleh received the first file that met the conditions to fill the position of the next unified government.”

The sources pointed to what they called “international pressure on the governments of Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba and Osama Hammad to hand over power to a new government supervising the elections.”

The sources indicated that “running for the position of prime minister will not be limited to candidates from the city of Misrata.”

From dead chickens to diapers and wood waste in organic waste containers: “We are going to check incorrect sorters more strictly” (Sint-Niklaas)

Waste intermunicipal company MIWA, responsible for waste collection and the recycling parks in Sint-Gillis-Waas, Sint-Niklaas, Stekene, Temse and Waasmunster, will closely monitor the contents of the green organic waste containers in the coming weeks. Too often waste that doesn’t belong there ends up there, even dead chickens and used diapers.

“Gft stands for vegetable, fruit and garden waste. But we have noticed that many people use the containers to dump waste that does not belong there,” says Maxime Vanderhaeghen, spokesperson for MIWA. (Read more below the photo)

For example, the garbage collectors found used diapers, compostable bags, bread bags, plastic bags, wood blocks, vacuum cleaner bags and even dead chickens in the green containers. “And that is not the intention,” says Vanderhaeghen. “Mistakes happen out of ignorance or inattention. But unfortunately the collection team also has to deal with residual waste that is hidden under a layer of organic waste. The collectors then have to manually remove it from the collection truck during the round wrong avoid waste in the garbage truck.”

“If residual waste ends up in the organic waste bin, the entire load of the collection truck cannot be composted, but must be processed as residual waste. So get burned. Very polluting and also very expensive”

“That is why MIWA will organize strict checks on the correct sorting of organic waste in the coming weeks,” says the spokesperson. “Throwing your waste in the wrong container has major consequences. If residual waste ends up in the organic waste bin, the entire load of the collection truck cannot be composted, but must be processed as residual waste. So get burned. Very polluting and also very expensive. Every citizen is partly responsible for this.” (Read more below the photo)

A team from MIWA will now accompany the regular collectors of organic waste in the coming weeks. “Containers with sorting errors are not emptied. They remain standing with an information hanger on the container stating the reason why it was refused,” Vanderhaeghen added.

If you have any doubts about what may or may not go in the green or blue bag, you can find all the information on the waste calendar or the sorting guide at www.miwa.be.

He intended to be given a loan that had previously been approved to his alleged uncle.

A woman in Brazil was arrested after arriving at a bank with the body of a person who had died hours before, to try to receive a loan that had already been approved in the name of the deceased, local media reported.

The unusual event occurred this Tuesday in a branch of the Itaú bank in the Bangu neighborhood, in Rio de Janeiro, where Érika de Souza Vieira Nunes entered with a wheelchair in which the body of whom she claimed was resting. his uncle, who had to sign a document for the delivery of 17,000 reais (about $3,200).

While being treated, the bank workers began to suspect the man’s state of health, since he was unable to hold a pen and could not even lift his head.

The woman acted normally at all times and asked her supposed uncle to sign the loan paper, holding his hand and head several times.

She didn’t seem scared or worried about the situation and was even smiling. However, the man’s paleness and his lack of response led the employees to call the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu).

“He came in dead”

A medical unit went to the scene and found that the subject, identified as Roberto Braga, 68, had been dead for several hours, after which the woman was arrested and taken to the police station.

According to her testimony, she was the old man’s niece and in charge of his care. She added that her uncle was weak and in fragile health.

“She tried to get him to sign, but the employees thought he was sick and called Samu. He entered the bank dead. She claims to be his caregiver, and in any case she will answer for the crimes. We will continue the investigation with other family members and find out if he was alive on the date of the loan,” stated Police Chief Fábio Luiz.

The authorities are trying to determine if it was a crime of theft through fraud or swindle and if the detainee was really related to the victim.

In addition, security camera videos are being reviewed to find out if other people are involved.
