In the lawsuit, 32-year-old Nikko D’Ambrosio claims that his reputation was significantly damaged when one of the women he had dated a few times talked about her experiences in the group Are We Dating The Same Guy? wrote. (Are we dating the same man?). She originally posted the posts under her real name, but when she was later contacted by D’Ambrosio’s lawyers, she deleted the post and reposted it anonymously.

She complained that D’Ambrosio quickly became very sociable, bragging about money and constantly emphasizing, “I definitely don’t want to see the bad side of him, especially in business discussions.”

D’Ambrosio, of course, completely disagrees, stating in the lawsuit that he and the woman in question met for the first time at an event last year and that they voluntarily ended up in bed together that night. They then allegedly had several more unsuccessful meetings that did not develop into a more serious relationship, the New York Post website reported.

However, a number of other members of the Facebook group soon joined the original post’s author’s page. “It’s been a little over a year since I’ve had a few dates with him. He told me what I wanted to hear until I slept with him and then he disappeared. Avoid him,” one of them wrote.

“He’s been here before,” another woman pointed out. “The author wrote at the time that he sent her many text messages cursing her because she didn’t want to spend the night with him,” his profile confirmed.

However, D’Ambrosio believes it is pure fiction and therefore went to court. He is suing a total of 27 women who have not written well about him and is demanding a total of $75 million (1.72 billion crowns) from them. The moderators of the group were not spared from his anger; the lawsuit is even directed against the company Meta itself, which operates Facebook.
