Bass Pro Shops, a fishing, hunting and outdoor equipment store in Leeds, Alabama, was near closing time on Jan. 4 when things got started.

George Owens first hit a pole in front of the store, and when he got out of the car, he aimed it in, stripped down to his naked body and jumped into a large aquarium.

According to Police Chief Paul Irwin, police officers arrived at the scene within about five minutes and worked to secure the 42-year-old man. Meanwhile he shouted at her and also jumped back into the water.

He then tried to climb out of the aquarium over the side wall, but was unable to hold on, fell to the concrete floor and appeared to be unconscious for a while. However, the situation was apparently not serious, as Owens recovered significantly shortly after one of the officers handcuffed him.

Naháč then tried to resist in a comic scene reminiscent of hitting a fish on land, and was then taken to a classical and psychiatric examination and then to pre-trial detention.

According to AL, Owens was charged with public indecency, disorderly conduct, assault on police officers, resisting arrest and other offenses.

Three men accidentally lock themselves in an abandoned prison. The police freed her and arrested her immediately
