Zara denies sale to consumer and they denounce it for not respecting price

Complaints on social networks have become the best tool for consumers, thanks to the great reach that these platforms currently have throughout the world. How is it the case of a consumer who exhibited Zara for not allowing him to sell a product that marked a price in Mexican pesos and the store told him that this price is only for Europe.

According to a new report by We Are Social and Hootsuite, there are currently 4.62 billion network users worldwide, which represents year-on-year growth of more than 10 percent, That equates to 424 million new users since last year.

Likewise, the report highlights that the number of users of social networks now equals to more than 58 percent of the world’s total population.

Zara is exhibited for not allowing sale to consumers

Through a publication on her account on the social network Twitter, a consumer identified as @thedunegirl narrated that in a Zara store she was denied the sale of a perfume that she was going to buy and was on display with the price 399.00 Mexican pesos, and the firm told him that this cost was only for sale in Europe.

The consumer explained in her complaint on the social network that this happened to her in the Zara located in Plaza Universidad, in Mexico City.

Likewise, the Internet user used her publication to denounce the Spanish clothing firm before the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco)which is the entity in the country that is in charge of regulating and resolving this type of consumer complaint.

This type of complaint has become recurrent against Bodega Aurrerá, since consumers expose their bad shopping experience where the poor organization of the assortment enters the price labels of their products. Recently another consumer of the retail store brand was exposed on Twitter after one of their products was on the shelves with three different prices.

As there are also complaints of this type against Walmart, Soriana and other retail store brands, where on one occasion a consumer exposed the bad experience she had with the electronic store of Walmart Express after being the victim of data theft by hackers and then buying from the firm.
