No sooner did the wounded Syrian actress, Jumana Murad, wake up from the shock of the death of her daughter “Diana” last March, but witnessed a new shock caused by the death of director Mohamed Ferdous Atassi, who passed away yesterday at the age of 79.
The Syrian artist called her citizen poignant words, which she wrote through her account on the “Instagram” website, as she wrote: “After the sadness rang at our door, the first thing I tried to get out of it came back and it saddened me with the death of my teacher, the director, Professor Mohamed Ferdous Atassi, the friend, the kind brother and the kind father, the owner of wonderful attitudes that cannot forget.”
And Jumana Murad continued: “You will always remain in our hearts and memories with your kind spirit and unforgettable deeds. There is no objection to God’s destiny. We belong to God and to Him we shall return. May God have mercy on you and make your abode in Paradise, O Paradise. To the wife of the deceased, dear sister, Rajaa, and to the family of the deceased, may God give them patience and solace.
Muhammad Ferdous Atassi is considered one of the most prominent Syrian directors, and he died of complications from “Corona”, as Atassi was infected with the virus about 5 days ago, before he was transferred to the hospital due to the deterioration of his health condition.
Jumana Murad had afflicted her little girl, “Diana” with her husband, the Jordanian lawyer Rabie Bseiso, six months after she was born with her twin, “Ali”.

Joumana announced the death of her child, through an Instagram post, at the end of last March, expressing her sadness at the death of her child and her separation, which she described as difficult, while she wished that she would be an intercessor for her and her father.
