In Ukraine, relatives of missing soldiers can receive their salaries. How to issue a certificate of a family member of a missing person under special circumstances?
Algorithm developed in the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories.
Therefore, parents, spouses and children of persons who have disappeared under special circumstances have the right to receive a certificate.
To do this, it is necessary to write an application to the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support at the place of actual residence, adding to the application:

passport (birth certificate) and individual tax number of the family member to whom the certificate is issued;

notification of the TCC and SP about the disappearance of a missing person.
The certificate confirms the right of relatives of missing persons to receive social guarantees from the state. In particular, these are benefits for traveling by public transport and for paying for housing and communal services.
We would like to remind you that since the beginning of May, the Unified Register of Missing Persons has been operational in Ukraine, and now a month after entering all the data into the register, relatives will be able to receive a corresponding extract that will confirm the status of the missing person.
