Weather in Cancun: Tropical wave number 13 will move through the Yucatan Peninsula

Tropical wave No. 13 will move through the southeast of the national territory, interacting with a low pressure channel in the Yucatan peninsula, will cause showers and heavy rains with electric shocks in the aforementioned regions. On the other hand, hot to very hot environment will predominate.

A partially cloudy sky is expected during the day and an increase in cloudiness towards the afternoon, with heavy rains in Campeche and intervals of showers in Yucatán and Quintana Roo, accompanied by electric shocks. There will be a cool environment in the morning and very hot in the afternoon with east and southeast winds of 20 to 30 kilometers per hour, reported the National Meteorological Service (SMN).
