There are millions of tons of food that continue to be blocked here,” denounced the President of the European Council alongside Ukrainian Prime Minister Shmyhal. “With potentially dramatic consequences for many countries in the world, especially for developing countries. All this is the direct responsibility of the war launched by Russia”.
