“13 people were injured. Among them are a Turkish and a Georgian citizen, both of whom are journalists for Turkish media,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
Ten people are in hospital, three were helped on site.
The prosecutor’s office has opened a preliminary investigation under articles of the Criminal Code into violations of the laws and customs of war.
On Wednesday around 10:30 p.m., Russian troops in Kharkiv launched a rocket attack on the hotel grounds. A fire broke out after two S-300 missiles hit. The hotel building was damaged.
Cars were also damaged, and company buildings and residential buildings were damaged.

The Park Hotel was damaged in the attack in central Kharkiv.
