The video goes around social media.
A video was widely broadcast showing a taxi driver, originally from Indonesia, who was crying incessantly after canceling an order by a customer.
The application-based motorcycle taxi service, locally known as ojek online or ojol, offers a wide range of services to its customers. One of his drivers had a difficult day because he could not get a single order. The customer then canceled his order, leaving him in tears.
In the video of Coconuts Jakarta, the driver named Darto, presumably from Cilincing, north of Jakarta, tells the man who films him that he was asked to buy several items for his client, which cost him 200 CRD (about 52 dirhams).

He continues to cry by explaining to the man that after spending his own money, the customer canceled the order. Darto is the only breadwinner and lives with his mother and younger brother.
Internet users have had mixed reactions about viral video, some being sensitive to the Darto test, while others claimed that the order cancellation was working both ways and could also to be at the expense of the customers.
