European reports revealed, today, Monday, that Manchester City’s management offered to include veteran Spaniard Sergio Ramos, former Real Madrid player.
Ramos left Real Madrid officially after the end of his contract with the royal team, and the two parties did not reach a new contract formula.
According to ESPN, Ramos received offers from Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.
The newspaper pointed out that the 36-year-old is currently studying the options available to him to settle on one of them before the start of next season.
And the newspaper claimed that the offer from Manchester City includes a contract for two seasons with the option to extend for another season or move to the American League and play for the New York City team owned by City Group.
“ESPN” also indicated that Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola believes that the Spanish defender, who has great experience, will fill the small gaps in the defenses of the heavenly team, accompanied by Robin Diaz, John Stones, Nathan Ake and Emeric Laporte.
It is worth noting that Ramos has won 22 titles with Real Madrid, including 5 Spanish Leagues, 4 Champions Leagues, 4 Spanish Super Cups, 4 Club World Cups, 3 European Super Cups and two King’s Cup titles.
