## Executive Summary
Ukraine faces internal political unrest following the dismissal of Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov and a broader government leadership overhaul.

## Intelligence Brief
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has dismissed Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, a move that coincides with the appointment of Sergii Koretskyi as the new prime minister and the approval of a new wartime cabinet. The leadership changes follow internal friction between the former defense minister and top military commander General Syrskyi.

Coverage from outlets including The Guardian, Euronews, AP News, and BBC News highlights that the reshuffle has triggered public protests in cities across Ukraine. While some reports note the government’s stated intent to overhaul law enforcement and enhance defense capabilities, critics and various international media describe the political shift as a point of internal turmoil.

Future developments remain dependent on the new cabinet's performance as it assumes control during the ongoing conflict. Coverage does not yet specify the full impact of these changes on military strategy or the long-term stability of the government as it prepares for the coming winter.
