Parents raised the fothers of minors to social networks from the day of his disappearance, yesterday October 9, 2021, to request support in his location. They also filed complaints with the State Attorney General’s Office, where they realized that several minors disappeared under the same circumstances. The five victims are originally from Tlacolula de Matamoros.

The AEI began with the tracking of the minors’ cell phones, and through one of them, they first located them near the ADO bus terminal and later in the Cerro del Fortín in the city of Oaxaca, and finally in a white house two-story building on Avenida Ferrocarril almost at the corner of Calle 12 de Octubre.

The AEI and the public security corporations mounted an operation to rescue them between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. yesterday. Upon arriving at the place and knocking on the door, the owner of the house, detailed witnesses, said that it was a children’s party; However, the members of the corporations entered the home and verified that the children were being held against their will, and that it was intended to take them out of state.

In the operation, a woman was arrested. Two of the rescued victims are 12-year-old Dan Leví Aguilar Ramos and Jesús Alejandro Avendaño Trujillo, also 12, according to the State Attorney General’s Office.

The five minors were handed over to their family and so far the Oaxaca Prosecutor’s Office It has not provided details of the operation and has not reported what crimes are attributed to the woman who was arrested last night.
