The State Secretary of Tourism opened a new call to participate in the Sweepstakes of Tour Jalisco 2021, this time they are dedicated to public elementary and high school students in the state who have obtained a grade greater than nine in the previous school year.
In a statement, the state agency reported that they seek to motivate girls and boys in basic education to maintain or improve their grades, since if they have a grade of nine or more they will be able to give their family a free trip to the beach or a water park.
In total they will open three calls, in September, October and November. The trips will take place on: September 24 and 25, October 29 and 30, and November 5, 6, 19 and 20.

In the mechanics to participate, it is proposed that parents can register online on any of the three dates of these calls: from September 16 to 19, they will be able to sign up for the September 24 and 25 trips; From October 21 to 24, those who seek to participate in trips on October 29 and 30 and finally from October 27 to 29, those who wish to travel from November 5, 6, 19 and 20, will be able to sign up.
Those who cannot register via the internet may go to the information module of the Jalisco Tourism Secretariat located at Paseo Degollado number 105, in the Centro de Guadalajara neighborhood. It will be attended in the module on September 17, from 10 am to 2 pm for trips on September 24 and 25. On October 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. they will attend to those interested in the trips on October 29 and 30. While on October 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. those interested in November trips will be able to attend the module.
The names of the winners will be published in the official channels of the agency and they will be contacted to collect their tickets in a face-to-face appointment. To collect their tickets, the mother or father of the winner must have an official Jalisco identification with a photograph and present a copy of the Jalisco Basic Public Education report card with an average of 9 onwards from the previous school year.
For the tours there will be a total of 10 buses, which, according to indications from the Board of Health, must have a capacity of 75% of their capacity.
The state agency reported that for this year they plan to make a total of 63 free trips to 49 destinations and municipalities.
The calls, the list of winners and other information about the program will be published in the official channels of the Secretariat, its website is secturjal.jalisco.gob.mx/, on Facebook SecretaryTurismoJalisco and on Twitter @Secturjal.
