What is the carcinogenic common point between Gran Turismo 7 and the video game Suicide Squad ? A priori that of requiring a permanent connection to the Internet to be practiced, even for the single player campaign.
Giving the impression of having been announced before the franchise was even rehabilitated through a second film, the video game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League should end up appearing this year. Rocksteady Studios may be at work on the title, but the latter will not be free of any defects according to a recently published official FAQ.
The site of the game recalls to start, and it is not a bad thing, what will reserve the program: “Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is a new third-person action-adventure video game that lets players take on the role of Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark, members of the Suicide Squad.”
Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League out May 26: Time for a turnaround?
Not very far from the end of the page, a question makes you uncomfortable even when you read it, and not only because it is yelled:
“IS AN INTERNET CONNECTION REQUIRED TO PLAY SUICIDE SQUAD: KILL THE JUSTICE LEAGUE?”
Sensation confirmed by the answer just below:
“Yes, an internet connection is required to play Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League solo or online co-op.”
Our colleagues from VGC evoke a possible reason for this obligation, that of the practice of “drop in, drop out” allowing players engaged in an online multiplayer game to leave the session at any time, or new users to be able to instantly come into play. The story mode is thus playable with several people, and one can already wonder if this solo will remain accessible even when the game servers are closed.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be released on Friday, May 26 on PS5, Xbox Series S/X and PC. The recent State of Play has notably confirmed the existence of a battle pass, the objects of which should however have no other value than cosmetic.
