Irina Bakhman, an endocrinologist at the Pirogov Center, CDC “Arbatsky”, told kp.ru about three simple rules that will help to avoid obesity.

According to her, first of all, you need to analyze your type of food and lifestyle. Moreover, the sooner the restructuring of a person and his behavior towards health begins, the easier it will be to deal with extra pounds and their consequences.

“I’m sure that a healthy lifestyle actually starts from childhood, this is a habit that should be brought up in your children and serve as an example for them,” the doctor said.

The second important point is physical exercise… It is possible and necessary to overcome a sedentary lifestyle, the expert believes.

– Perhaps many have heard about it, but for some reason few do it. So, you need to devote at least 20 minutes a day to physical exercise … this is cardio. If you train three times a week, then you need to train for one hour. How to make this task feasible for yourself? Easier than ever. Go! You don’t even need to buy a gym membership, you always have a great trainer – these are your legs. Take a walk, ”Bachman explained.

Another, no less important aspect is the formation of healthy eating habits.

– People consume a lot of fast food, and here we are talking not only about fast food restaurants, but also about semi-finished products. … They think about the person to eat more, and therefore, among other things, they also add different sauces. Therefore, it is best to try to cook food at home, the doctor summed up.
