TF1 song of the year in Toulon: everything you need to know to participate Thursday and Friday

It is this Friday at 9 p.m. that the TF1 program will be recorded, The Song of the Year, on the beaches of Mourillon, for a television broadcast on Saturday. Hosted by Nikos Aliagas, the evening will see all the big names in current French music perform on a large 400m2 stage set up in the parking lot of the yacht club: Juliette Armanet, Bigflo & Oli, Claudio Capeo, Jérémy Frérot, Hyphen Hyphen, Keen’V, Kungs, La Zarra, Christophe Willem, Aya Nakamura and Damso, Naps, Soolking or even Tayc will be there. The headliners Kendji Girac, Angèle and Amir will also pass through Toulon, but will record their performance this Thursday evening, for their part (open to the public, too).

Free evening

This evening is free and open to all within the limits of available seats (doors open from 6 p.m.). A fan zone will be set up to accommodate the standing public. The same goes for Thursday evening, which will take place from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. (doors open at 7:30 p.m.).

Special pricing and shuttle

If parking spaces will remain available in the Mourillon beaches car park, it is advisable to park in the Q-Park Liberté, Peiresc and Mayol car parks, which will offer a special rate of 3.50 e on Friday evening from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. .

You can then get to the site by public transport. The three car parks will be served by a special shuttle provided by Réseau Mistral, with a departure every 8 minutes from the Péri Obs stop (in front of the Alexandre-Ier garden) in the city center and bound for the Mourillon beaches. via avenue de la Résistance which will run from 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. and will serve all stops.

In addition to this service, line 3 will operate until 1 a.m. as part of the Nocturnes.

Different accesses

Three pedestrian accesses to the west and north of Anse Tabarly (yacht-club) will bring spectators to the concert area. These three points make it possible to carry out the control of the metal masses and palpation by security agents. In addition, people with reduced mobility can be accommodated in front of the stage. About thirty parking spaces will be reserved for them near the site on presentation of their card.
