Taliban Reclaim Afghan Aircraft From Neighboring Countries Abroad

“Don’t test our patience or force us to hit back with what we have at our disposal,” the Taliban defense minister warned. “We tolerated a lot and waited a long time.”

The aircraft were used by the former Afghan regime. It is estimated that US-trained pilots flew over 60 aircraft from the Afghan fleet when the Taliban seized power in the country. Another part was left inoperative at the Kabul airport.

The minister asked the pilots who flew for the Afghan army to come back and go back to work in their own country.
