It also determines the workplace data such as the governorate and type of work destination, whether governmental, private or self-employment, and choosing the name of the hospital or the entity in which he works, in addition Determining the chronic diseases of those who have them, the treatment that the patient receives and his health condition.
6- The last step in the registration process is to include a copy of the national ID or passport, as well as inserting copies of medical reports.
7- The citizen then agrees to three declarations: approval of the data on the vaccine, approval of the data he entered, and approval of receiving two doses of the vaccine.
8- Once approval is given to the three declarations, a special retention number is given to every citizen, through which it can be followed up afterwards.
