THE BALL – Hulk loses five pounds per game (Brazil)

Roberto Chiari, a physiologist at Atlético Mineiro, revealed that the former FC Porto loses about 5 kilos per game due to sweat.

«He sweats a lot, which is not bad, because he uses the most efficient mechanism to dissipate body heat. But we have already noticed that he loses a lot of pounds in games and training. Therefore, we are attentive to his hydration. The masseuse knows that he has to be the first to drink water, ”he told Galo TV.

«We have to encourage hydration, but it’s okay. The next day he comes back with the weight he had before training. It is an issue that has no prejudice, as long as there is this attention with him », he concluded.
