Yoga works on different levels, affecting both body and mind. There are asanas that calm us down when we are stressed, that help us regain freshness when we are exhausted, or that just do our backs good. This list of benefits of yoga exercises could go on forever and shows how holistic yoga affects our body and mind. Today I would like to go into more detail about a group of asanas and their special and important effects: Yoga exercises that train our balance.
In my yoga classes I always incorporate one of these asanas to strengthen and promote balance and balance. But what do we need these exercises for? Do I have to be able to stand on one leg to stay healthy? My answer to that is clearly “Yes!” – and there are several reasons for this.
The Finnish telecoms equipment maker Nokia on Friday announced plans to reduce the impact of its social plan in France, including the opening of a cybersecurity center in Lannion (Côtes-d’Armor) which could create 112 new jobs.
«At the same time, Nokia plans to significantly reduce the total number of job cuts“Of the social plan presented on June 22, with”nearly 250 jobs” who “could be preserved», Indicates the group in a press release.
On June 22, Nokia announced a restructuring project in France with 1233 job cuts, including 402 in Lannion (20,000 inhabitants). This is the fourth social plan since the acquisition in 2016 of Alcatel-Lucent by the Finn.
These projects “currently under review confirm Nokia’s strategic vision and long-term commitment to make France a global center of expertise in R&D in advanced mobile networks and next-generation security services», Declares Thierry Boisnon, president of Nokia in France.
Nokia’s announcements were immediately greeted by the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, as the government blasted the social plan presented in the summer by the Finnish group and Bercy has since been pressuring it to review its copy .
It’s about a “significant advance“Which relates to”subjects of the future“(Cybersecurity and 5G) supported by the recovery plan, reacted Friday Bercy in a press release. “The State, in conjunction with local elected officials, remains vigilant in maintaining Nokia’s industrial activity in Brittany and Ile-de-France», Declared the Minister of the Economy Bruno Le Maire.
«I will pursue with determination my action alongside the employees and the territories concerned to limit the economic and social consequences“Of the social plan assures Agnès Pannier-Runacher, Minister for Industry, who, after the announcement this summer of the social plan planned by Nokia in France, had judged”unacceptable as it is».
«Thanks to Nokia’s unique expertise in France, in terms of development, testing, validation, integration and platforms, the Lannion cybersecurity center would offer unparalleled technological expertise for cybersecurity services, associated with a consulting activity, in s ” relying on a team of highly qualified experts», Indicates Nokia, specifying that 97 of the 112 jobs created by the cybersecurity center would be based in Lannion.
Barely 2.6 million downloads and 753 alerts sent: here is the meager record of StopCovid, the French tracking application intended to better fight against the Covid-19 epidemic by detecting prolonged contact between its users. “It’s a collective missed opportunity, regretted the Secretary of State for Digital Cédric O at the Talk du Figaro. “If 10 times more people installed it, it would be much more useful. ” Recognizing communication errors and bad timing, the government decided to launch a second improved version of the application today, hoping to encourage more French people to download it.
The objective and the principle remain the same. If a user of the application becomes ill, he can prevent by declaring himself positive all the people he has frequented without revealing his identity. The latter are then considered as contact cases, can isolate themselves without wasting time and be tested as a priority.
SEE ALSO – Cédric O: “There is no personal data in Tous Anti-Covid”
The new version of StopCovid, called TousAntiCovid, incorporates interactive features that were lacking in its first version. It was presented Thursday at 5 p.m. It is available in the App Store and the Play Store as an update for current StopCovid users.
The government promises “an optimized visual environment and ergonomics with instant access to all application features“. An important point for a solution that must be used daily. All the more so as this tool, which today hardly offers more functions than the tracing of contact cases, will become more extensive.
TousAntiCovid will thus integrate an “information center” which will provide details on the evolution of the epidemic: number of cases and incidence rate, but also rate of occupancy of intensive care beds. Details on the measures taken to counter the spread of the virus, such as the curfew or the obligation to wear a mask, will also be available. It will be possible to indicate its geographical position to obtain more relevant information.
A video of the application, published by cybersecurity researcher Baptiste Robert, shows this feature, as well as other new features.
We thus see a heading “screening center”. This is not a feature built into the app, but a link to a government site. Same operation for the travel certificate in areas where a curfew is imposed, which links to a dedicated page outside the application. Limited ergonomics, which could however give more visibility to these tools.
A simple evolution
«It’s not StopCovid’s big night», Warns Cédric O. The basic principle of the application, based on the use of Bluetooth to detect contacts between individuals, has therefore not changed. No more than its sovereign ROBERT protocol, developed independently of the solution proposed by Apple and Google, which was chosen by the majority of European countries. TousAntiCovid therefore remains incompatible with their tracking applications.
Will its use be imposed on the French, as has been envisaged in other countries? “We have chosen not to make TousAntiCovid compulsory, like all European countriesInsists Cédric O.
The application will continue to be enriched with new features and services. An integrated digital reminder book was notably announced by the Secretary of State for Digital.

¿Usas WhatsApp? Well, we tell you that the fast messaging application is the most downloaded in its field, above Messenger and Telegram. Although the app brings a series of functions that will help you in your daily communication, there are some tricks that very few users know, such as the possibility of downloading the status of your friends without the need for alternative programs.
States of WhatsApp were created due to the popularity of Instagram stories. Although some have stopped using them, others keep using it to publicize what they do to their chat contacts.
LOOK: WhatsApp has a trick to change the color of the letters
However, many people want to download the popular statuses and search for alternative programs to have them on their mobile devices. But that would cause many of these apps to ask for permissions to enter your contacts, personal information or chats.
If you want to download the states of WhatsApp, then you must perform these simple steps to achieve it totally safe:
The first thing you should do is enter WhatsApp and see the Status of your friend.
After that, enter your cell phone files.
There, first look for the WhatsApp folder.
When you do, go to Media.
After that, simply click on the three dots that are in the corner of that folder.
Go to Settings and select the “Show hidden system files” tab.
After that go back to the WhatsApp folder and you will see a shaded file that says “.Statuses”.
Click on this folder and you will see all the statuses of your friends that you have seen.
Copy the one you want and voila, you will have them downloaded without programs and free.
The best 7 WhatsApp tricks
WhatsApp is one of the few applications that cares about the experience of its users when immersing themselves in its app, that is why they update frequently, making communication between people more practical and simple. However, not everyone knows how to get the most out of the popular application.
The creators of WhatsApp have developed various tools so that their users can navigate the application at ease. However, this is unknown to a large part of the population, it is for this reason that the same company has shared on its blog, a list of the best tricks developed by the app.
1. Hands-free voice notes: By simply pressing and holding the microphone icon and sliding up, you can lock the voice memo function to record, without having to hold the mobile with your hands. An option that surprisingly works!
2. Mark main messages: To obtain this option you must use the “star” message function, where you will mark key messages that you will easily see in a central location. All you have to do is press the message that you want to save as a favorite and then touch the “star” icon.
If your device is an iPhone, you can find all the starred messages by going to Settings and Starred messages or by selecting the chat name and tapping “Starred Messages”. In the case of Android users, they will have to press “More options” and then “Starred messages”.
3. Check messages without touching the cell phone: If what you want is to be able to check WhatsApp without having to use your mobile device, what you have to do is download the WhatsApp web desktop app, which will project your cell phone conversations to a computer. So you can send messages, photos and GIFs without having to have your computer in your hands.
4. Use stickers in conversations: Emojis are becoming a thing of the past, today stickers offer you a more fun way to express yourself. You can find them in the field where the text is entered in a conversation, in a small square icon with a folded side page, where you can also add your own stickers and bitmojis.
5. Read messages without being online: The option to hide the “Read receipts” is not the best option if you want the other person not to realize that you have read their message. That is why slightly lifting the message on the screen and opening the full text on the iphone lock screen is your best option to go unnoticed.
6. Manage who can add us to groups: There is nothing more uncomfortable than being added to a group full of strangers. That is why WhatsApp developed the option to manage who can add us to groups.
When you enable the contacts from whom you want to receive messages, these people must send us an invitation link in the app. Only if we accept it, we can be added to the group.
To enable a contact we must go to Settings> Account> Security> Groups and select between the options: All, My contacts or My contacts except.
7. Be in control of your groups: There is a way to change the group settings so that only we can make changes to the group’s image or name. To do this, you must go to Group Settings and then Edit group information.
These are the 7 tricks that you probably do not know. WhatsApp always surprises us with news so it is likely that in a short time we will update our list.
New WhatsApp emojis
Like every year, WhatsApp has incorporated a new list of emojis to its conversation platform. He recently added the icons of the mate, the paella, the bat, the mototaxi, the tooth, the clown, the ostrich, among other characters and / or objects. This time, thanks to Emojipedia, some of the emoticons that will be part of the application at the end of 2020 have been made public.
Although WhatsApp added its new 230 emojis in the month of November, it is expected that these 117 figures can also be seen only in that month.
According to the Unicode website, the new members of this “select group” were chosen after its Emoji Subcommittee “analyzed thousands of proposals submitted by users” around the world, which had to include the reasons why they should be included. in the list and other data.

“The next great filmmaker should soon be making films with one of these devices,” says Chivo of the next generation of iPhones, and if he says that, then you should listen. Chivo is Mexican for cool or great, the English translation is: Goat, or goat – or “Greatest of All Time”. Chivo is the nickname of the legendary Mexican cameraman Emmanuel Lubezki, who is the only one to have won three Oscars in a row (2013-2015 for Gravity, Birdman and The Revenant), and he now says: “When I started making films , I had to rent an expensive camera and buy rolls of film. I had to pay for development and the equipment for editing. “
Lubezki produced a short film for the iPhone manufacturer Apple, which was shown at the presentation of the devices last week. Of course, he emphasizes the advantages of the iPhone 12 Pro, such as the camera, which enables filmmakers to record up to 60 frames per second in 4K HDR Dolby Vision. The message is nothing less than a promise that in the future it will no longer only be possible to produce films who can afford the extremely expensive equipment (and the training to use it) – but everyone who has such a cell phone.
The dual camera with wide-angle and 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lenses and twelve-megapixel sensors is only part of why many in the entertainment industry believe that the industry is disrupted. Anyone who asked around in the face of the coronavirus pandemic in Hollywood learned of two massive problems. First: The production of films and series, where currently only a certain number of people are allowed to work very restricted. Even before the pandemic, setting up the set during filming was like launching a rocket, which could be seen in all the things a director had to worry about before shouting the famous words “And … action”. Now it’s almost impossible.
The computing power of the A14 chip will help with night shots, the laser-based autofocus scanner (lidar) will capture the contours of objects and machine learning will reduce jerks when filming. “Now you can just go out and make a film,” says Lubezki. He himself made his Apple short film in the desert: “In a place like this, things have to happen quickly because something changes all the time: The shadows are getting longer, the mountains are changing their color. You don’t want to think about technology when you do that Wants to capture life. “
So Apple promises what pretty much every tech company wants to achieve: The technology in the device should be so good that customers no longer have to deal with the technology. The winners should be the creatives who then no longer have to spend years learning how to make a film at the film school, but rather playfully as a teenager with a mobile phone in hand – like a football player who doesn’t play football in the FC youth academy Bavaria learns, but on the football field. With fast data transmission, everyone should be able to see immediately on their devices what the cameraman is recording – and make live comments. “You can turn and turn until one of these happy accidents happens right in front of you,” says Lubezki.
That leads to the second point that made filmmaking a lot more difficult during the pandemic: post-production. If people cannot work on a project together in one room, then they have to send each other the interim results – which is an incredible amount of data in films and series. Transport not only took a long time, but was also expensive. “The workflow is likely to change dramatically if 5G revolutionizes transport,” says Michael Cioni of Frame, which enables Hollywood producers to work in the data cloud: “Over time, 5G will become the shuttles that are currently going back and forth, become superfluous, you will also be able to work efficiently and spatially separated from each other. “
5G is one of those promises that has been made so optimistically for years that it now sounds like hype that will never come true. In contrast to many other corporations, Apple took a long time to introduce the cellular standard, which is now taken as an indication that the time has finally come. That pleases all those who depend on the fast and, above all, inexpensive transport of huge amounts of data – in other words, pretty much everyone who works in the entertainment industry.
Due to its attractiveness for the mass market, the iPhone is an indicator of where an industry is going to develop, and who has ever seen a few skateboarders – they can also be seen in the films of the Apple advertising department – how they saw each other with theirs Filming tricks and how quickly an interesting film can be seen on social media afterwards, who knows: The entertainment industry is changing tremendously right now because technology enables creative people to concentrate less on technology and only to shout: “And.” … action! “
Oppo under the Realme brand has released Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro smartphones in Russia with a whole list of interesting features. First of all, they are characterized by ultra-fast charging (up to 100% in half an hour for the older model), plus they have components that are not available in versions for other markets. Plus, unlike Apple, Realme packs in chargers.
Inexpensive Chinese smartphones
Realme, a subsidiary of Oppo and a direct competitor to Redmi (Xiaomi brand), held the Russian premiere of the Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro smartphones. The novelties were first shown on the world stage in September 2020 – their announcement took place in India, and the Russian version is interesting in that it differs from the Indian one in a wider range of possibilities. For example, for Russian buyers, an NFC module was added to the phone, which is used for contactless payment for goods and services.
The appearance of the junior Realme 7 in Russian retail is scheduled for November 3, 2020 at a price of 22 thousand rubles, and the first buyers will be able to purchase it for 20 thousand rubles. Available colors are mirror blue and mirror white.
The older Realme 7 Pro will go on sale much earlier – October 27, 2020, and you will need to pay 28 thousand rubles for it. The first buyers are again entitled to a discount – for them the price will be 25 thousand rubles. Like the Realme 7, the more expensive Realme 7 Pro comes in two shades – matte blue and matte silver.
Oppo has been releasing smartphones under the Realme brand since 2018
Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro have replaced the Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro, respectively. Their appearance in Russia, as reported by CNews, took place in May 2020.
What Realme 7 Pro can do
Realme 7 Pro, as the senior representative of the new line, received a more powerful processor – Snapdragon 720G, the same as in the newest HTC Desire 20 Plus smartphone, which CNews wrote about on October 19, 2020. This is a mobile 8-nanometer processor with two high-performance and six energy-efficient nuclei. The chip’s frequency reaches 2.3 GHz, plus it has an Adreno 618 video accelerator.
The smartphone comes in a single configuration – with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a built-in 128 GB UFS 2.1 storage.
Senior Realme 7 Pro
Realme 7 Pro is curious in that it has a fast 120Hz screen that occupies about 91% of the front panel area. Reinforced Gorilla Glass is placed on top of it, and the display itself is a Super AMOLED matrix with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels (Full HD +) and a diagonal of 6.4 inches (163 mm). A 32MP selfie camera is built into the upper left corner of the smartphone, the list of characteristics of which includes Full HD video recording at 30 frames, HDR support, f / 2.5 aperture and an 85 degree viewing angle. There is also a fingerprint scanner on the screen.
The rear camera module of the Realme 7 Pro is a combination of four sensors, where the main one is a 64MP Sony IMX682 (f / 1.8). Next to it there is an ultra-wide-angle module (8 MP, 119 degrees, f / 2.3), a black and white sensor (f / 2.4) and a macro camera (f / 2.4, focal length 40 mm). The resolution of the last two sensors is not disclosed by Realme. The main camera of the smartphone records video in 4K at 30 frames and Full HD at 60 frames.
Another eye-catching feature of the smartphone is support for fast charging up to 65W, moreover, while Apple removes chargers and headphones from the box with its iPhone 12, Realme bundles a 65-watt (10V 6.5A) power supply with the Realme 7 Pro. The smartphone is powered by a 4500 mAh battery and charges via USB-C. Charging speed – up to 100% in 34 minutes.
Comparison of Realme 7 and 7 Pro
Other specifications of the Realme 7 Pro include a three-slot tray (2xSIM, 1xMicroSD), Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (Wi-Fi 5) and Bluetooth 5.1 modules, GPS, Beidou and GLONASS receivers and dimensions of 161x74x9 mm and weighs 182 grams. From the factory, the smartphone runs on Android 10 with realmeUI proprietary firmware.
Features of Realme 7
Realme 7, although cheaper than Realme 7 Pro, but at the same time, interestingly, has a larger screen – 6.5 inches (165 mm) with the same Full HD + resolution. The refresh rate is reduced to 90 Hz, and the front camera is located in the same place, although here it is a 16 megapixel Sony IMX471 with f / 2.1 aperture, and it also writes video in Full HD at 30 frames. The fingerprint scope was moved from under the screen to the power button on the side.
Externally, Realme 7 does not look cheaper compared to the 7 Pro
The smartphone is assembled with an eight-core MediaTek Helio G95 processor, announced as a gaming one. Its frequency is up to 2.05 GHz, and the graphics are processed by the Mali-G76 MC4 module.
Realme 7 does not support 65-watt charging – it got a 30-watt one (a 5V 6A power supply is included in the kit), but its battery capacity is higher than that of the older model – 5000 mAh versus 4500 mAh.
Realme 7 is characterized by 8/128 GB memory, dimensions 162x75x9 mm and weighing 197 grams. At the back it has a camera with a 48 megapixel main module (viewing angle 79 degrees, six lenses in the lens, f / 1.8 aperture), an ultra wide-angle sensor (8 megapixels, 119 degrees, f / 2.3), a macro sensor ( focal length 40 mm, f / 2.4) and a white balance module (six filters, f / 2.4). The maximum video resolution is 4K at 30 frames.
For the rest of the characteristics, smartphones are identical. In addition to the above, each of them has a separate input for wired headphones.
New leaks show what the next flagship smartphone from Samsung should look like. The large camera body is particularly special.
Rumors about the new Samsung flagship phones, which should come onto the market in the next few months, have been around for a long time. Now a leak has appeared on Voice.com for the first time, which not only speculates, but also boasts images and specific specifications that are actually supposed to come from the new Samsung devices. The information was published by Steve Hemmerstoffer, who was known for his leaks in the past.
According to Hemmerstoffer, it is not yet entirely clear what the new Samsung phones will be called. The majority expect the name Samsung Galaxy S21, S21 Plus and S21 Ultra, as this would logically follow the S20 released in February. Others, however, believe that the new devices should be called S30. For the sake of simplicity, however, we will stick to the name S21.
Twice the size of a camera
According to the leak, the S21 Ultra should have a screen between 6.7 and 6.9 inches. This seems plausible, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra was also 6.9 inches. In addition, similar to the previous model, it should only have a very thin frame around the screen. In addition, the deluxe version should come with a rounded screen. According to a slightly older leak, this should not be the case with the cheaper models S21 and S21 Plus.
The biggest innovation seems to be the camera section of the S21 Ultras. This is said to have become significantly larger and now takes up almost half the width of the smartphone. In the cheaper models, however, the camera should be a bit smaller. Recently, however, it has been supposed to blend in better with the overall appearance of the cell phone and even wrap a little around the edge of the phone.
According to Hemmerstoffer, there should be four cameras in the housing of the S21 Ultra and three in the standard models of the S21. As already announced in an earlier leak, there should be a 108 MP main camera and a 12 MP wide-angle camera. On the front of the phone, Samsung is said to have a 40 MP selfie camera.
In the past few weeks there has been a lot of discussion about whether Samsung is finally adding an S-Pen to its S series. According to Hemmerstoffer, this is not the case, as there is no slot for the pen to be seen in the leaked images. Of course, it is still possible that the S21 phones support the S-Pen technology – it just won’t be built directly into the phone.
In fact, it could become clear sooner than expected what is actually true of all these leaks. Because, as various sources report, the next Samsung smartphone will be presented a few weeks before the usual launch date in February. According to Hemmerstoffer, the S21 devices should come onto the market in January 2021.

Reeder is a very popular RSS app for iOS, iPadOS and macOS. Now Reeder 5 appeared with many innovations.
Thanks to RSS, you can collect news from us at TechnikNews and many other sites in one central location, in an RSS app. Reeder is a very big and successful player in this area and with Reeder 5 the app only gets better.
Shipowner 5: This is new
As everyone knows, widgets are the new big thing in iOS and iPadOS 14. Shipowners can now display articles from folders, feeds or searches directly on the home screen. Speaking of design updates, the app got a slight redesign. The interface basically remained the same, but there were a few simple changes that only make the RSS client appear even more modern.
Support for iCloud was also added. Articles that are saved in the app can be synchronized with multiple devices. This is not necessary when using shipping companies with an external service like Pocket.
Reeder 5 can be found in the App Store for iOS and iPadOS for 5.49 euros and in the Mac App Store for 10.99 euros. Existing users unfortunately have to pay again.
