While Austria will introduce compulsory vaccination next February and such a step is being hotly debated in Germany, Switzerland is holding back. However, a survey by the Swiss media newspapers shows that a majority is in favor of compulsory vaccination.
A total of 57 percent of the people who were questioned by the CH media newspapers were in favor of the introduction of mandatory vaccinations, as the CH Media newspapers write in their Wednesday edition and on their news portal on the Internet.

Not an issue in politics
Such a step was rejected by 36 percent of the people surveyed. 7 percent are still undecided. The survey is consistent with current surveys in Germany. According to “Spiegel” in neighboring Switzerland, 70 percent say yes to compulsory vaccination.
Such a radical measure is currently not an issue for political decision-makers. More than 1,700 readers took part in the online survey by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, according to the CH Media report. (SDA)
