The Suriname Police Corps published the new ‘Most Wanted List’ of the country’s most wanted criminals on Saturday. The list includes 20 names, including a firearms-threatening Brazilian woman who is wanted for a violent robbery. Another woman who has since been arrested has disappeared from the list. The ex-Minister of Finance, Gillmore Hoefdraad (photo) is also on the list of the Surinamese police.
The list that can be downloaded here includes suspects of murder and manslaughter, robbers, perpetrators of violent theft and suspected firearms. The suspects range in age from 22 to 59, but the ages are not known for all names. Some fugitives have been on the list for more than three years.
