Facing the poor Spurs, the Suns knew they were in for a quiet night. That was indeed the case and the Texans recorded their eleventh straight loss. The 1989 franchise record 13-game losing streak is not far off…
Behind Western Conference leader Phoenix, the Grizzlies and Kings keep pace. Memphis shut out Detroit, Sacramento dominated Chicago. The Bulls, they are struggling with a third loss in a row.
New Orleans – Denver
Brooklyn – Boston
New York – Cleveland
Washington – LA Lakers
Portland – Indiana
St. Anthony – Phoenix : 95-133
This duel between the best team in the West and the weakest fulfilled its “promises”. The Suns largely dominated the Spurs, who only lasted the first quarter. In the second, the Texans scored only eleven points and lost seven balls…
It is too easy for Phoenix who can deploy his basketball with 38 assists and more than 50% shooting success. Deandre Ayton used the opportunity to score 25 points and San Antonio sank to an eleventh straight loss.

Detroit–Memphis: 112-122
No Steven Adams, no problems for Memphis because Ja Morant takes care of everything. The Grizzlies attacked from the start, 7-0, and pulled away in the first quarter. Dillon Brooks and Jaren Jackson Jr. shone in the first half.
In second place, Morant took control. He scored 21 points and dished out three assists in the third quarter alone! Killian Hayes (13 points and 6 assists) and the Pistons can’t do anything and have to bow out.

Sacramento–Chicago: 110-101
The Bulls are in trouble, and even a great Zach LaVine (41 points) can’t get them out of trouble. The Kings took control of the first period, almost twenty points ahead.
In the third quarter, LaVine scores 15 points and closes the gap. In the last act, Chicago comes closer to a possession, but with Malik Monk and Domantas Sabonis, author of a triple-double, the Californians resist and win.
