Spring bought by the British will train 500 professionals with guaranteed employment – Technologies

Three weeks after having announced its acquisition by British fund Oakley Capital, the Braga group Primavera BSS, which employs around 600 people and has a turnover of 60 million euros, now says that “it will train 500 IT professionals [tecnologias de informação] and guarantees 100% employability”.

“The Primavera Academy, the Primavera BSS group’s business unit dedicated to training, will train 500 technology professionals in the next two years to integrate its ecosystem consisting of more than 500 partners and around 40 thousand client companies”, reveals the company, in a statement sent to newsrooms this Thursday, July 15th.

Primavera Academy’s professional retraining programs “are available to candidates from different training paths who decide to reorient their career and move into the IT field, which currently has a huge shortage of qualified resources”, he explains, adding that “they are still a option for recent graduates looking to accelerate their entry into the labor market, regardless of their field of study”.

“The technological acceleration of the last year has further aggravated the shortage of professionals in IT, so we are strengthening our intensive training and professional requalification programs in order to provide the market with resources endowed with the necessary skills to embrace the digital age and with a very important competitive advantage, which is to guarantee their professional placement in the Primavera ecosystem, namely through our paid internship programs”, guarantees Ângela Brandão, Primavera vice-president.

The company guarantees that it carries out “about 700 annual training sessions with more than six thousand participants, in the various markets in which it is present – Portugal, Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde” managing “on a permanent basis more than 1,300 certified Primavera professionals”, and ” this year it has already trained more than 800 people”.
