South Africa: Ndumiso Mabena close to a return to Orlando Pirates

Orlando Pirates coach Jose Riveiro has confirmed that Ndumiso Mabena will return to the Bucs eight years after his departure.

After the end of his lease with Royal AM, the 35-year-old player is training at Orlando Pirates, the club where he played between 2009 and 2014. During his time, he scored 12 goals, before joining Platinum Stars. He played just four games in his last season with the Bucs (2013-2014).

Currently, the player hopes to get a contract, as confirmed by Jose Riveiro: “As for Mabena, he has been training with us for seven days. Let’s see what the management will decide about his future. »

Mabena scored two goals in 24 games for Royal AM last season.
