The Alexandria Court of Appeal decided to postpone the ruling in the appeal submitted by the Egyptian artist Ahmed Saad against his ex-wife, artist Sumaya al-Khashab, with the appeal number 462/571/77 in the case of alimony and equipment after she attended today to take the decisive oath yesterday, Tuesday, and set the next January session for the ruling.

The artist, Sumaya al-Khashab, attended the swearing-in session yesterday, after the court requested that she attend in person regarding receiving the value of the comfort support after her ex-husband Ahmed Saad appealed against her.

The artist, Sumaya al-Khashab, had filed a lawsuit No. 2241 of 2019 before the Sidi Gaber family court against her ex-husband, artist Ahmed Saad, to obtain her backside.

Imad Lotfi, the lawyer of the artist, Somaya al-Khashab, demanded in his lawsuit to compel the defendant, the artist Ahmed Saad, to pay the value of the backside documented in the voucher, amounting to 500 thousand pounds, and obligating him to pay a sum of money of 270 thousand pounds for fun.

The lawyer presented to the court the papers stating that she did not receive her dues, and that the defendant did not prove that he had paid the amount of the arrears. He added before the Court of Appeal today that her client does not get her rights only, while when her ex-husband Ahmed Saad demanded the value of a sum of money for the financial transactions between them. And between her ex-husband he got it in full.

The court of the Sidi Gaber family had issued its ruling in favor of the artist, Sumaya al-Khashab, which requires that her ex-husband, the artist Ahmed Saad, pay a sum of 500 thousand pounds, the value of the backside, as well as an amount of 270 thousand pounds for fun.
