On February 3, 2022, the trawler Mylanoh sank off Le Havre with three men on board. On the morning of January 19, four sailors were arrested.
David Aubry is a proven father. His 17-year-old son, Alan, was the youngest victim of the sinking of the trawler Mylanoh which took place on February 3, 2022. Families have been wondering for a year. What happened to the crew members of the Mylanoh? On the morning of Thursday January 19, four people were taken into custody. They are the fishermen and the captain of the boat which had given the alert.
Off the coast you Havre, they had called for help after hitting the already overturned hull of the Mylanoh. Analysis of the wreckage suggests another scenario. What if their boat had capsized the Mylanoh? Alan’s father is waiting for answers. “If they are the ones who caused the accident, let them say it is them. An accident happens to everyone”, he says. The captain of the boat maintained his first version. The police custody has been lifted but the investigation is continuing.
